Great success with redesign of healthcare clothing
Nor Tekstil wants to extend the life of its textiles with a new redesign project. We have helped them communicate a good sustainability initiative.
Nor Tekstil offers solutions for workwear, among other things, but there is a limit to how long each item of clothing can be used. They are now taking measures to increase the lifespan of the textiles.
The carrier net is designed by Christine Fure Schwarz.
The project "Wearing nets for sustainability" sews discontinued healthcare clothing into beautiful wearing nets with the help of local producers. This gives a quarter of a garment a new life.
Communication on the website
Inside each shopping net is a tag with a QR code. Scanning it with your mobile phone takes you to a customized landing page on their website.
Here, we have helped Nor Tekstil present information about the project, how the berry net is made and about the local producers who sew the net - in combination with photos and video.
Smart to use a QR code inside the product, right?
Good response
- "We are very pleased with the response, this has been a success," says Therese Svortevik, project manager at Nor Tekstil.
The project has already been featured in Vestlandsrevyen, Firdaposten and on the radio program "God morgon Sogn og Fjordane".

Berekraft communication is important
Working with readiness gives you a competitive advantage, but not before you talk about it. You have to tell them about how they work with readiness.
- Many people forget to communicate readiness on their website. After all, the website is the basis for all digital communication, and for some it's their first encounter with the company. That's why it's so important to show how to work with readiness online too," says Astri Knudsen, who works with readiness communication at Gasta.
