2. The purpose of our processing of personal data
In connection with customer relationships, we must collect information such as name, address, organization number and other necessary information. We use this information exclusively to manage your customer relationship. We retain this information for as long as we have a customer relationship. You have the right to access, correct and delete data we have stored about you. After the end of the customer relationship, we will retain data for as long as we consider it appropriate to help you with any history if you should need it.

Personal data will not be disclosed unless there is a statutory duty of disclosure to public authorities.
4. Customer register
Our customer register contains information about the customer such as company name, address and information about contact persons at the customer, and information about what services and products the customer has agreed to. This is stored in our system for as long as it is useful for us. Gasta uses cookies, also known as cookies, on its websites. Cookies are standard Internet technology that most websites use. 6. Use of cookies on this website

Purpose: Collect information about how visitors use the website. We use this information to create reports to improve the website. The cookies anonymize all information. They tell us something about the number of visitors to the website, where they come from and what pages they visit.

Purpose: Collects information about visitors to customize marketing on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Purpose: Creates statistics on views and viewing data on videos on the page.
7. News letter
By signing up for Gasta 's newsletter, you consent to us storing your name and e-mail address. We use this to send out relevant information about us and our services. We use Squarespace Email Marketing to handle the sending of emails. Gasta undertakes not to share your information with other parties. The information will be stored with us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. All our mailings have functionality that allows you to unsubscribe with a click.
8. Contact form
When you fill out the contact form on the website, we store this information in our CRM system. We will store this information in order to provide better customer service. We strive not to keep your details longer than necessary. Contacts who are/were not customers of Gasta will be deleted.
9. Email communication support
All emails sent to post@gasta.no or support@gasta.no are stored in our support system. These are logged as part of your customer relationship with us, and are stored as long as you have a customer relationship with us.
10. Sharing
It is possible to share articles on the website in social media (Facebook, Twitter). Further handling of data shared in social media is governed by your agreement with the relevant online community.
11. Access, correction and deletion
According to the Personal Data Act, § 18, individuals have the right to access the information that is registered about them. Access can be obtained by contacting Gasta design & kommunikation - email: post@gasta.no . If registered information is incorrect, incomplete or you wish to delete your information, you can request this in accordance with the Personal Data Act, § 27.
12. Responsible data processor
The CEO of Gasta design & kommunikation as is responsible for the processing of personal data. The person concerned is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are carried out with regard to the processing of personal data, and that any deviations from applicable legislation are reported and corrected.
