Use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in Gasta

Our vision is to create success stories and good customer relationships. We see generative artificial intelligence first and foremost as a tool to achieve this.

We know that most things can be created with AI these days. At the touch of a few buttons, everything from images to animated videos to PowerPoint presentations can be "generated". These new tools offer fantastic opportunities, but also raise new questions about rights, privacy, plagiarism and, not least, maintaining your unique identity as a sender.

Our starting point is that when you order something from Gasta, you should get it tailor-made. What we create is always adapted to the customer's identity, tone of voice and visual expression - and based on the knowledge and experience that our employees have acquired. It's clear that artificial intelligence can make us both better and more efficient, but we've decided to use generative AI primarily for inspiration, ideas and foundations - and not as an end product.

At the same time, it's clear that we're curious. That's why we prioritize testing new tools and getting to know the various possibilities. There is a good chance that generative AI will be able to help create and maintain competitive advantages for us and our customers in the future.

To ensure that we are transparent and honest in our use of AI, we have drawn up some internal guidelines that you can see below. We will try to update these in line with the development of generative AI.

Our guidelines for generative AI

  • We treat sensitive information with care. We do not disclose sensitive information in "promts" to KI.

  • We want to be transparent and will, as far as possible, label content that is AI-generated.

  • When using AI, there is a risk of plagiarism and the question of rights to what has been generated. We use AI first and foremost as inspiration/basis and not as an end product - and always perform internal control (by a human).

We continuously update the guidelines and follow the recommended guidelines for the use of generative AI in the public sector.
