Squarespace support

Operating agreement with Gasta :

Gasta offers support on Squarespace as part of the monthly operation of the websites. We depend on our customers to be successful with their website investment and get a good "return on investment". Such an agreement is invoiced annually, and gives you a good overview of what the website will cost you in the year.

The agreement also protects you if web browsers or Google/Bing make changes that cause the code to no longer function optimally. That's it then Gasta its responsibility to correct the code at no cost to the customer.

With our monthly agreement you get:

• support on the use of Squarespace software within working hours 0800-1600

• local backup of css/html code for the websites

• access to training videos on Gasta support pages

• newsletter with the latest updates on Squarespace and the web publishing industry

• the benefits we get from being a Squarespace Enterprise customer
