Sogna Region – new website for six municipalities
The Sogna region is a collaboration between Aurland, Lærdal, Årdal, Luster, Sogndal and Vik. Here, collaboration takes place on everything from social and business development to mobility, climate and shared municipal services.
We have developed a new website and web design in Squarespace, with the goal of creating a clearer digital profile and making it easier to understand what the Sogna region is, what they work on, and find all the content.

Soft content requires good structure
With six municipalities, many subject areas, projects and target groups, structure was an important part of the website project.
We have developed templates and fixed layouts that give the content a holistic expression and make it easier to find. The Sogna region itself has done a great job with the content, while we have helped with layout, adjustments and mobile adaptation along the way.
The result is a flexible website that the customer can easily keep updated and further develop themselves.

As part of the project, we also developed an illustration that visualizes the collaboration between the six municipalities.
With the Sognefjord as our starting point, we have gathered the municipalities into a simple graphic expression that shows both the geography and the idea behind the Sogneregion: Six municipalities that are stronger together.
