Squarespace with SSL certificate support

Squarespace offers SSL certificates to all our customers.  

SSL is a security protocol that encrypts traffic between the website and the user. If you request information from your customers, e.g. for them to fill in a form or place an order, SSL encrypts the data that passes between the browser and the web server. All websites with addresses starting with https:// instead of http:// use SSL. 

Once you have your SSL certificate in place, this will also strengthen your website in relation to Google. Google. They announced in 2014 that they would give better ranking in search results to websites that use SSL.

From October 2016, SSL is included in Squarespace's license.
