15 mountain authorities have launched new websites
Gasta last summer the competition to develop websites for the Norwegian Mountain Association and mountain authorities in Norway.
Norges Fjellstyresamband is an interest organization for the 94 mountain councils in Norway. They administer the right of use of our state-owned alpine pastures, where important rights of use today are grazing, mountain pasture management, hunting, trapping and fishing.
The project started by developing websites for the Norwegian Association of Mountain Authorities, including an intranet and online shop. We then developed a website template in Squarespace for all the mountain authorities, and we are currently working on developing websites for the mountain authorities based on this template.
As of today, we have developed websites for 15 mountain authorities, and below you can see a selection of them:
Effective utilization of Squarespace as a technology platform and a well-thought-out template with document and meeting module, has created a project that the customer was satisfied with:
"We're really pleased with our collaboration with Gasta. The project has provided us with simple, clear pages with a design that brings out the photos in a good way. Support and follow-up from Gasta is fast and good, and the feedback from the mountain authorities is also positive."
These days, all pages are also being integrated with Google Search Console, giving them easy access to the search terms people use. Read more about Squarespace and Google Search Console here.
