Do you need your website in multiple languages, such as English, German or French? With Squarespace's integration with Weglot and a little help from Gasta , language work becomes easier.

Cost-saving solution

Before, it could be both expensive, complicated and time-consuming to have websites in several languages. With one website per language, you have to pay for several licenses and work with the texts manually in the various languages.

Weglot makes language translation much easier and more affordable to manage. You have access to Weglot and can adjust the word choices Weglot makes.

This is how it works

  1. We develop the website in one language and connect the tool, the texts are then automatically translated into the chosen language.

  2. We can quality-assert the texts, add fixed expressions and necessary exclusions. For languages other than English, it may be necessary to hire language experts.

  3. Since the website and the conversions are "live", it is necessary to monitor over time.

  4. We have a surcharge of NOK 50/month. Once a month we go into Weglot and check that you are not paying more than necessary.

Weglot's pricing model is tailored to the number of languages ​​you need to translate into and the number of words you have on your Norwegian website. The subscription is either invoiced via Gasta or you pay with your credit card. Weglot license prices as of May 2026:

  • Starter: 1 language, up to 10,000 words - 190 kr/month*

  • Business: 3 languages, up to 50,000 words - 320 kr/month*

  • Pro: 5 languages, up to 200,000 words - 775 kr/month*

Avoid paying for unnecessary conversions in Weglot

Weglot prices the subscription based on the number of words converted. On larger websites, you can quickly end up with a more expensive subscription than necessary.

Gasta We charge a surcharge of NOK 50/month for Weglot. We then go into Weglot once a month and check:

  • Clears unused conversions. If you delete a page in Squarespace, the conversion will still remain in Weglot.

  • Exclusion of pages and blocks that do not need multiple languages.

  • Set up “exclusions” so that words, pronouns, etc. are not translated.

This way, we collectively keep the word count down and you avoid paying for more than necessary.
