We are the fourth largest in Squarespace

In October, we received a happy message from Squarespace: We are their 4th largest partner.
Isn't that cause for celebration? Squarespace is an American publishing tool with offices in New York, Oregon and Dublin - and over 500 employees. They have around 1.8 million users around the world. So it's great to be their fourth largest partner, with around 300 websites that we have developed and designed in Gasta. This makes us the only Scandinavian agency on Squarespace's list of "Specialists". This makes us a little proud.
Being part of Specialists gives us better access to news, support and information from Squarespace, in addition to strengthening our vision of becoming the best in Scandinavia. If you want a website in Squarespace, you should know that you get outstanding quality from us.
Common features with Apple
Squarespace is a software that has many common features with Apple: Design and user-friendliness are in focus. They have full control of the entire product, and when they launch new features, they are well tested.
In the past, Gasta has used both DotNetNuke and WordPress. In February 2014, we chose to switch to Squarespace to focus on a publishing tool. Operating and maintaining security was too time-consuming when you had to update plugins all the time. If you don't update plugins, there's a big risk that you'll run into operational problems and websites will become inaccessible.
That's why working in Squarespace has been a dream come true, both for us and our customers. Support time has decreased significantly because the software is simpler and has fewer errors.
Moved all customers over in 2015
In order to switch publishing tools, we had to spend much of 2015 transferring our entire customer base to Squarespace. But we don't regret it for a second. Our customers seem to be overwhelmingly positive. They have received perhaps the simplest and most modern publishing tool, and we also have good experience with conversion. We find that customers often get an increase in visits, such as Kviknes Hotel - with a 48 percent increase in visits.
