Squarespace Enterprise helps us work more effectively with our customers

How do we do it? Squarespace has written an article about us.

A year ago, we became an Enterprise customer of Squarespace, as one of three companies in the Nordic region. This is an agreement we benefit greatly from, and we save a lot of time by organizing ourselves this way. It means we can spend our time working more effectively with our customers.

Here is what Squarespace writes, after interviewing Vidar Bondevik:

"It's been a great investment and saved us a lot of time by making our processes easier," he says. 

Bondevik felt his agency outgrew the standard Squarespace plans when billing clients became more complex and time-consuming due to the high volume of websites. He says his team would spend at least one full, eight-hour workday per month juggling the logistics of individual client invoicing and credit card payments. Now with Enterprise bulk billing, Gasta receives two invoices per year that cover all of their client websites, saving them a total of 96 hours annually.

"It's so much easier now because the invoices list all of our customers-we can quickly check everything and make payments," he says.
