New website for Nor Tekstil
With over a billion in sales and more than 1,200 employees, Nor Tekstil is a leader in textile services in Norway. We spent December upgrading our website.
We at Gasta have had the pleasure of having Nor Tekstil as a customer since 2005 and been part of the fantastic development the company has had.
In December they opened a new customer center at the head office in Florø, and that was also the reason why the website was upgraded.
Focus on better presentation of products and solutions, better integration of web ordering and not least focus on the customer center and new, common contact points for customers was central to the development of the new website.
Website based on Squarespace
The previous generation of websites was also based on the Squarespace publishing tool. Nor Tekstil's customer center has skilled people who used the tool after a short training of 2-3 hours.

Heard about sticky menus?
At nortekstil.no, we used "sticky menus", i.e. one of the menus follows you as you scroll down. It was important for the customer to focus on the customer center and their contact information is in the "sticky" menu. Cool (for us web nerds, anyway...)
