New and playful website for the University College of Western Norway
It's always nice to collaborate with skilled professionals. This time we have developed the website "Exploratorium", a digital toolbox for exploratory pedagogy, together with the project group at HVL.
Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) is one of the largest higher education institutions in the country, with about 16,500 students and 1,900 employees. It is clear that there are many exciting projects being worked on in parallel, and we in Gasta I'm happy to be able to take part in some of them.
This time we have collaborated with the project group EX-PED-LAB , which brings together kindergartens, researchers and artists to show how the workshop method can create innovation in pedagogy in kindergartens and kindergarten teacher education.
As part of the project, they needed a place to gather and showcase all their resources in a user-friendly way. They chose a website in Squarespace using Gasta .
The project group at HVL has put in all the professional resources themselves and worked well in Squarespace, while Gasta has been responsible for design and development.
And the result was both playful, clear and useful. Check out the website at the link below:
“ We have received great feedback that this is a good resource, and will present the website to even more kindergarten teachers, students and subject teachers next year” ”
We in Gasta has created several websites for various projects related to HVL, here are some of them:
Faltastisk.no - a resource for physically active learning
HVLskape.no - offers for students in innovation and entrepreneurship
Exploratorium.no - a digital toolbox for exploratory pedagogy
Skoleklapp.no - a program to support staff's work with life skills in school
